Today we finished our animation project. We finished our backdrops and took 49 pictures and edited them together and added sound effects. It was fun! :)
Today we started out by breaking into groups. We brainstormed ideas for functional objects we could make with a 3-D printer. My group decided on making pencil holders with the mascots or names of our school. I decided to make a pencil holder with a Nichols lion that I drew myself on the front, with nine holes. The holes are sort of slanted, with three on the top, and three on the left and right sides. It is 2 inches tall, 3 inches long, and 1 inch wide.

ElenaI will be starting 6th grade at Nichols in the fall. I think 3D design is a newer form of art, and so far, it is very fun! ArchivesCategories |
